Service Description

Whenever someone has experienced significant trauma in their earlier years, their child spirit becomes stunted and gets stuck as a child and locked away for its protection. When we get older and we interact with our partners, coworkers, or others, we have a tendency to not always react from a place of kindness and we often take offense at something that isn't that crucial. Your inner child may be stunted and in need of help. I offer a unique healing method involving guided meditation to uncover and reconnect with your inner child by finding the emotional barrier that has kept them hidden. Together, we break down this barrier and facilitate a direct reconnection with your inner child. Following the session, there is homework involving inner child work to strengthen and solidify this bond, aiming to rebuild and reparent your inner child at any stage where they may have been locked away.
